This was a mixed review between Terry and Paula Clark. Paula was major during initial timeframe due to Terry health issue. It was extended due to the market. The buyers pulled out and came back as soon as resolved the contingency. Both Terry and Paula were right there for info and support over 3-4 months. Good advice!
Terry was the best & most professional real estate agent I've ever worked with. Thoroughly researched the market to determine the best selling price and produced a beautiful online listing. Held my hand through the entire process, patiently answered all my questions and helped me fill out the endless paperwork. Kept me currently updated during the whole process. If she wasn't completely sure about the answer to a question, she would do the research to find the answer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
