Throughout the entire process James was informative, easy to work with, provided guidance when needed, and made the entire process much more comfortable than anticipated. James was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the process we went through as well as the structural integrity of the homes we toured. All in all I would highly recommend working with James, and know that we will if/when we decide to purchase another home.
