Eva helped us to purchase a home when we moved to the Seattle area...and then helped us sell that house 4 years later! She has been absolutely fantastic to work with on both sides of the home-buying process. Her honesty, transparency, organization, thoroughness, and humor made selling our house a breeze. Although I was reluctant to invest a lot of money in preparing the house for sale, Eva really coached me on the benefits of making the improvements for a better outcome -- and she was right! Additionally, because our house was outside her usual area, she reached out to her colleagues with the local expertise to ensure the best possible outcome for us. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I was in search of a condo, and Eva was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of condo ownership. What I appreciated most about Eva was how she kept a sharp and critical eye out for the shape and conditions of buildings while viewing, so that I could focus more on the interior, and that she always shared what she caught and her opinion on it. This provided so much help in my decision making. From thorough first-time buyer process reviews, excellence recommendations for loan officers and inspectors, to really examining all the added condo association paper work, Eva made the entire process easy. She was flexible, quick to respond and really listened and understood my needs. Would definitely work with Eva again!

Just wow! Eva really looked out for us. Not only was she so 'on it' in terms of communication (sending updates and new listings), she also did a fantastic job of screening out homes that didn't fit our needs and thereby didn't bombard us with too much info. As a buyer, especially in a hot market, it's easy to feel FOMO and be tempted to jump in and buy the next house that comes up. This is where Eva shines. She keeps you true to what you really want. She's like that friend that looks out for your best interests and will call you out if you're about to make a mistake! When the opportunity did arise and we saw our future house, oh my did Eva jump in! We went from 0-60 real quick to secure our dream home with an offer accepted just hours after coming back on the market. She strikes so quickly when she uncovers an opportunity! She helped us put in the perfect offer - didn't overpay, conservative deposit, and retained out inspection and finance contingencies. We went from offer to close (including all financing) in just 14 days! The other thing that was incredibly valuable to us was the touring we did together. When we toured a house we would also spend a bit of time in the area to get a sense of what it would be like to live there. Eva knows that the area you choose to live in is just as important (if not more) than the house itself. So we spent time grabbing coffee and food in these areas to get a feel for them and found that to be an incredibly useful. Cannot recommend Eva highly enough and look forward to working with her again!
