We had already found and purchased our new home and Anastasia was able to create a pricing and marketing strategy to meet our specific needs to sell our current home quickly without sacrificing price and during a cooler market time (October). She listened to our needs with regard to timelines, worked around our schedules and had the right team in place to take amazing photos after working with us side by side to get the home photo ready. She was our advocate at every turn, communicated with us based on our preferences and sold our home in 4 days after successfully negotiating multiple offers to maximize our sales price. She was also our agent that secured our new home. From touring our new home, buying it and selling our existing home all in 30 days, she helped us start a whole new life for our family and we are extremely grateful. Sandi went above and beyond helping us find a house. We were relocating from Austin to Seattle and consistently made time to accomodate us on our trips (some times last minute) to check out houses.
