We're so happy with the care and understanding we received from Victoria. She was very attentive to our needs and desires right from the get go. She listened to what we wanted to sell our property for and also did her research to find out what other "like" properties were going for. When we received offers she listened to what we wanted and then advised us how to go about setting our boundaries. She dealt with the buyer's agent professionally, making sure that all offers were properly done. Throughout the back and forth negotiations, she advised us on all possibilities we had. When we all agreed on the price, she patiently walked us through all the paperwork that was necessary. Her wonderfully positive attitude through it all was very supportive. We absolutely respected her knowledge and were overjoyed with her great personality. She made the experience painless
