Rob came with great testimonials and was clear on his experience with selling estate properties and with the advice to be wary of cash offers. Rob was never pressuring and always understanding of the situation. He had excellent contacts that were very helpful in junk removal, carpet replacement, etc. Rob knew the Lake Stevens market and took the time to view the property and discuss the state of the home and where to make the changes most important for the sale of the home. His knowledge of taxes and insurance was very helpful. Rob is a great and consistent communicator. I recommend him without any reservations.
