My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Once we found the ONE, they acted as local proxy for us to monitor activity at the house we were purchasing to make sure finish work was completed to a high standard and the house was as ready as it could be by the time we closed.
