Raj was very diligent on our search for a house. He always came well prepared and did research for the house/area. He also negotiated well with the seller’s agent on our behalf. We bought our new house with his help. I highly recommend Raj and will definitely use his services in the future!

Kristyn and her associate Michael worked very dilligently and professionally to sell my mobile home for the best price possible for over a year having. They had open houses on a regular basis and handled the many small inconveniences of not having me available in Florida during the whole time. Unfortunately we had to contually had to lower the asking price in consideration of the lot rent I had to continue to pay while not even living in the home the entire time. Then additional problems unknown until a firm buyer was found that forced me to make further price concessions to get the home sold which could of be avoided had we sold it almost a year earllier. Overall they did an excellent job of managing the process to a final sale at a price lower than expected to finally remove the waste of lot rent being paid on a home I was not using. I thank her at Mike for finally realizing it was the best course of action.
