What made Erica stand out was how genuinely she cared about our comfort in every stage of the process. From showing us houses that came very close to all we wanted to taking me to a restroom when we were waiting for the inspections to be completed on the house we did want to buy. We felt like a friend was working with us to find our new home. When we went to the final walk-through before closing and found that the house & yard still had stuff that needed to be removed, Erica got on the phone with the sellers agent & read him the riot act. Then she negotiated an extra $1000 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by having people still working on our property even after closing.
