I originally was working with someone else to coordinate my move from Colorado to Florida but felt like it just wasn't the right fit so I reached out to Blanca and immediately felt at ease. She was very attentive and responsive which was very important to me since I was moving across the country and didn't get that from my previous agent. She understood my needs and situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me from blocking out 2 entire days from her calendar to visit with me while I was in Florida to answering my middle of the night text messages. She's very personable and always kept a positive attitude even when I was in tears from disappointment and rejected offers. Eventually, I got my dream house under the original asking price and in perfect time! I am so thankful to have worked with Blanca and would recommend her, without a doubt!
