There's so much positive feedback I can give about Candace Cecil. She helped us sell our home and having done this multiple times in the past, she made this one of the easiest transactions we've ever experienced. Candace is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I highly recommend her and hope to do business again in the future. Thanks so much Candace.

We have purchased more then one home thru Lisa. One this recent purchase we contacted her mid-day on a weekend. She was able to arrange for a walk-thru within 3 hours. With her help we were able to close on the property within 2 weeks! Thanks, Lisa

Rob was amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t really sure what questions to ask, what was to be expected, etc. Rob and Melanie (his Transaction Coordinator) were there with me every step of the way to answer questions and help me through the process. I bought a condo, so there were additional steps and I had quite a few questions. They acted as a liaison between me, the condo association, and the seller and clearly communicated with me regarding any issues. In an age when many of us rely on text and email, Rob was great at picking up the phone. He personally went with me to the inspection, walk-through, and the closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

It was a pleasure working with Realtor Rick. He found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood, well within our budget. What more can I say he went above and beyond, driving over an hour each way to show us houses. He took care of issues that came up with the sealer.

We were buying a house from out of state. With a market so fast paced, we had to bid on the house unseen. Deanna made the whole transaction as smooth as possible. She FaceTimed with us to show the property. She helped us to plan a competitive offer while keeping our budget and best interest in mind. She was an amazing help and asset during closing the escrow and even afterwards. I highly recommend her. I know she'll be our agent for all our future real estate endeavors.

From start to finish, Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the buying/selling process with patience and expertise. Communication was always clear, and prompt and Bill went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly-even handling the little details that made a big difference. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to sell our two Condos quickly and at great prices. We highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
