She has well mannered in handling negogiations to close-out both houses.
Luke Smith has helped both my daughter and granddaughter buy their dream homes. His knowledge of local developers and lenders impressed me enough to go to him for my purchase. He handled negotiations with the developer and found me a great lender. He also worked with the realtor selling my existing house coordinating the closing in spite of complications on my end. All in all Luke came through for me like a close friend.
