Kim was wonderful to work with! As someone new to real estate, I didn't know what I didn't know, and she made sure I checked on things I never would have thought of. She guided me through the negotiation process with patience and expertise, but always let me make the final call and decide what I was comfortable with. That balance of guidance and respect meant a lot. She was quick to respond, especially if it was a home I really loved and wanted to make an offer that same night. Thanks to Kim, I ended up with a beautiful home I'm truly happy in. I'm so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time buyers!

Rob and Kim were a pleasure to work with. They demonstrated excellence in every step of the process with prompt response and deep knowledge on all questions and topics discussed. They are strong real estate professionals that I highly recommed and will work with them again on my future real estate needs.

Kim and Rob Thacker were outstanding from start to finish! They did an excellent job getting us in quickly to see the house we wanted to purchase. They also listed and prepared our home for sale in under a week, with professional, high-quality photos and perfect pricing for the current market. The results were incredible — we had 12 showings and 4 offers within just 48 hours! We closed on our new home in 30 days and closed on the sale of our previous home just one week later. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and stress-free. We highly recommend Kim and Rob Thacker to anyone buying or selling in the area. They truly went above and beyond!
