We are so grateful that we found Jake and his team. He helped us look at houses in the area when the market wasn't doing so great, and he was extremely helpful, kind and he took the time to listen to our needs/desires for a new home. We ended up not buying a new house at that time but we knew he would be the one we wanted to list our home when the time came and we are so glad that we did! He kept us as informed as possible and did his best to reassure us that things would work out. He made our home selling experience as painless as possible. He's friendly, funny, knowledgeable and hard working. The only reason we aren't using him for the next home we buy is because we are moving to the other side of the country.
