We've had some bad experiences in the last with other real estate agents. My wife and I were hesitant at first due to out bad experiences but Julie made us feel like family. Anytime we ask a question she's always there to answer. She is the best agent we have ever worked with and would recommend her without a second thought. She knew the correct price range and we immediately had showings. We took the feedback from those showings that she promptly provided and we made some minor upgrades with her guidance and before you know it we had a closing date on our hands at the price we wanted. What I like about her is her honesty, she will level with you and guide you, and if you follow her lead you'll be just like us- living in a new house of your dreams.
