We were nervous putting our house on the market based on a previous experience with another realtor a number of years ago. Ann was a breath of fresh air on so many levels. She knew the correct price range and we immediately had showings. We took the feedback from those showings that she promptly provided and we made some minor upgrades with her guidance and before you know it we had a closing date on our hands at the price we wanted.
