Kathy Heaton has been a fabulous realtor through the buying and selling process. We originally acquired her services five years ago when we relocated to the Norfolk area. She is a wealth of information. She knew the history of every house and neighborhood we walked into. She most likely had bought or sold it during her career. Five years later and another relocation, we were in the market to sell. We called on Kathy again. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable on the pre sale preparation, and then most helpful during the contract process. We had multiple offers on our home within a week, and Kathy and Sandy thoroughly processed each contract extracting pros and cons of each. She was always available to answer our calls, questions and calm our concerns. We are very thankful for her professionalism.
