She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made accommodations repeatedly to get me in to see the homes quickly with the market moving so fast. And she did not get discouraged, after I looked at more than 30 homes - she stayed focused and we finally made one work! She is very knowledgeable about price point and how to negotiate the most effective sale. Highly recommended!

She helped me buy/sell a home and, later, buy a replacement home. Excellent worker. As a former real estate agent, I was able to appreciate her service, her knowledge of the local area, and for that matter, most of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, my areas of interest and most importantly, her knowledge or sense of the market pertaining the bid/ask prices of the homes I was buying/selling, which is of the utmost importance. A tough negotiator. She got lower purchase prices than I would have gotten and higher sale price than I expected. She supplied me with many purchase choices in and around the local area, in the types of neighborhoods of interest to me. And, I'm picky. She also knows real estate contracts/law, which is very important to the process. As important, she's personable and easy to work with, which is important to me personally. So, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give her a 15-20; Couldn't ask for a better agent;
