JP was incredibly friendly, helpful, and insightful. Our home was sold so quickly I barely had time to process what was going on and she effectively guided us through every step of the process so it felt painless. I would 100% work with JP again to buy or sell. You will not be disappointed if you work with JP - she will treat you like family!

JP is a long time resident of Ashland and knows the area well. I really appreciated her insight in helping me find the home I was looking for, even though it meant driving over an hour away to check out a home I was curious about and didn’t like. She also sold my other house recently. It was an unusual piece of property and JP helped find just the right buyer. I’m completely satisfied with JP and the service she provided.

JP's warmth and professionalism are what truly set her apart. From the very beginning, it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing and always had my best interests at heart. Her communication style is intelligent, warm, and direct—exactly what you want in a real estate agent. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered my questions promptly, and made everything feel manageable. She's someone you can trust. Her market knowledge is exceptional. She knows the market inside and out, and her guidance gave me confidence every step of the way. In fact, thanks to her expertise, my offer was accepted before I could blink an eye! JP's negotiation skills are just as impressive. She knows how to negotiate strategically and works tirelessly to get the best possible outcome for her clients. I highly recommend JP Payne to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate agent. If you're buying or selling a home, you'll be in excellent hands with JP!
