She was responsive and professional at every point. She knew the answers to our questions and was fantastic at explaining the home sale process steps. Never overload... always enough to digest. Great pre-sale advice was given to us. As an Alexandria native she was knowing and capable of this vastly changing market. Our home was priced fairly, and it sold fast. Heidi has a great sense of humor and worked hard to keep us informed. She is a no-nonsense gal, and we would use here again!

Sofia was very professional and extremely proactive in finding the perfect home for us. We were getting discouraged because there weren't that many properties that met our criteria and when we found a property we were competing with many offers. Not only did Sofia find the perfect home for us but we did not have to compete and we got some closing cost assistance. We did not think it was possible in this market. The home she found for us is beautiful, newer and very spacious as we needed a lot of space because we are a family of five. We are happy Sofia was our realtor and I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable, caring and very motivated.

Overall Mr. John was very helpful. We search for different homes in different areas. Mr. Jones was knowledgeable about the different areas in Maryland, DC, and Virginia a true realtor. Mrs. John always had a great layout plan for the events of the day. His communication was outstanding! Always making sure to be present when needed.
