Peter is a great and helpful person.

Harman helped us purchase our home back in March 2020 so it was a no brainer to work with him on selling the home in April. From the moment we reached out to him he began working. He talked through the contracts and paperwork we needed to sign as well as the process and plans for listing our home. He came up with amazing ideas for marketing and strategy for pricing which he detailed in language we could easily understand. Within days, Harman was over to the home to give suggestions related to staging for maximum interest from buyers. We got multiple check-ins during the weeks leading up going live with the listing as well as during which was awesome and much needed. Harman was respectful of work schedules and family time and always remained communicative with needs/questions/etc. Because of his hard work we got tentative offers within 24 hours of listing. Harman stayed in contact with potential buyers’ agents and helped us close quickly on our home. He even helped us quickly resolve a minor issue with our deck just before closing where we would’ve otherwise panicked. Seeing other similar homes come off the market and being unable to sell lets us know we could not have done this without Harman. Harman is hard working, smart, thoughtful, responsive, pays attention to detail, a problem solver and makes his clients a priority. His professionalism and top tier customer service were always at the forefront. We are so grateful to have had him as our agent!

Chechena took great care of me during the time we worked together. Always thorough and took care of everything from start to finish. An overall great experience with a lot of knowledge on the areas and homes that I was specifically looking for. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
