Overall Mr. John was very helpful. We search for different homes in different areas. Mr. Jones was knowledgeable about the different areas in Maryland, DC, and Virginia a true realtor. Mrs. John always had a great layout plan for the events of the day. His communication was outstanding! Always making sure to be present when needed.

As a federal government employee and a military veteran, my job experienced PCS budget cuts and was unable to provide relocation assistance for my job transfer from St Louis to the DMV since I'm moving at my own expense and needed a good realtor. I searched for military and government friendly ones and worked with a few not on contract that were average. Meaning, they showed me listings and I had access to their realtor portals but they did not provide overall good customer service. I also researched various military government programs and found John affiliated with the PCS Grades to help with relocation assistance. He's an outstanding realtor that bent over backwards to accommodate me from showings to finish/closing. He not only is very responsive and knowledgeable, he helped me with the logic of the deciding factors with locations and commuting options. During the unstable market I looked for homes in VA and MD. VA is a closer commute, but my offers and interested homes in that area based on my preferences were unsuccessful. Homes were snatched up quick. He also educated me on the pros and cons on home types, it's components and potential maintenance costs. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He is very communicative and efficient. After he showed me about 20 homes some in VA and some in MD, my daughter and I finally found the one in MD, John scheduled that showing quickly. We saw it. He completed the contract quickly, had one counteroffer and seller accepted. It's only a few miles from her. While it's a big commute, it has the space I need and I'm near family. A win win.
