This is the 2nd house that Kathy has helped me buy. She's also sold two houses for me. Kathy and her staff opperate a well-oiled machine that make the home buying process easy and relatively painless. I texted her, said "I'm ready to buy again" and it was off to the races. When my partner and I were ready to purchase a home it was comforting to know that when I said "I've got someone" that Kathy had us, and our best interests at heart.
