She is extremely organized and provides a calendar to client at the beginning of the process in order to ensure no dates are missed. She sets realistic deadlines and was always one step ahead of us in the selling process. We were extremely impressed and pleased with her abilities and highly recommend her.

Dawn’s expertise and guidance throughout the entire process were truly exceptional. Everyone was amazed when they heard we managed a two-week closing, and both Jenny and I were surprised by how smoothly it went — it wasn't as challenging as others had made it seem. Dawn and her team were there for us every step of the way, responding to our questions promptly and ensuring we had the right contacts for inspections and surveys. They provided us with all the necessary utility company information as well. Jenny and I are so grateful we chose Dawn. We absolutely love our new home, and we honestly don’t think we would have gotten it without her support.

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
