Kathy did a fantastic job for us. Our dad passed away and our mom moved to a senior community leaving us to deal with 40 years of stuff. Kathy helped with staging of an empty home and went out of her way to arrange for some landscaping to be done because we were not able to maintain the property. She was professional and set proper expectations for us and was really easy to work with. Her team was easy to contact and readily available to answer questions or take charge of anything that was needed. We couldn't have made this transition without her. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Kathy if you are in the market. My sisters and I were very pleased and the sale was seamless despite one offer falling through. We were able to sell our family home in less than a month and Kathy remains in touch with about any lingering items the new owners find for us. It truly has been a pleasure working with her.
