Karen was amazing to work with! She knows the area well and was available for us at the drop of a hat. She has the ability to make you feel like her only client and treats you like family, doing everything in her power to make sure you aren’t overpaying for your dream home (even in a market that has been hot hot hot). I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!

Started with a spark of an idea; have more kids, then fill a house with those kids. Little by little, that spark turned into a flame that couldn’t be extinguished. We needed a place of our own that we get to call home. That idea stayed imprinted in our minds. With the market being where it was at in the beginning of the year, we thought it was feasible for us to find a home. We were not ready for the challenge that laid ahead. An An extremely difficult endeavor lay ahead considering the outrageously overpriced homes and overwhelming competition, it seemed pretty bleak in the idea of getting our foot through a door. Yet, when we started our search, we already had in mind who we wanted to represent us. There was no doubt about it; Angela superseded our expectations. With all the knowledge and expertise she possesses, she was able to walk us through this home buying experience for the first time. Not knowing what we were getting ourselves into, we have heard of all the nightmarish experiences other people were having. Working with Angela, some of those circumstances did arise (stress, doubt, anxiety, etc..) but with her reassurance and calm demeanor, all those feelings, though valid, were instantly lifted. Nothing can come close to show how extremely blessed and grateful we are to Angela with all her guidance and perseverance she demonstrated. Pointing us to the right people and recommendations, we would not even imagine living in a place we get to call our home. There’s so much more I can say about her, but for now all I can say is thank you. My beautiful wife, my enamored son and daughter, and myself cannot thank Angela enough for helping us reach our dream; of home ownership and a place where we can watch our children grow.

Me and my wife didn’t have any knowledge on buying a home, or even thought we would buy a home any time. But Suzy was very helpful, explained everything every step of the way, always attentive, responsive, available and most importantly on top of things. Highly recommend her and her expertise. She’s also very nice and friendly which is a plus.
