Once we had an offer successfully accepted, the purchase ended up being complicated by a series of issues outside of our control and Debbie went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process. Not only was Debbie generous with her time, both physically at showings and by telephone, she was also extremely knowledgeable about the market, the home buying process, inspection process, etc., and provided us with many helpful contacts here as we moved through a dense inspection report. In the end, her expertise allowed her, at every step of the way, to call our attention to potential issues or things to consider in this purchase that was pretty far from the norm--both in terms of the property itself and in terms of the issues that came up during our purchase of it--as one can get.
