Vanessa was my real estate agent for the sale of a condo in Oxnard. From the start, she focused on making the process seamless for me (my first time selling, so that was reassuring). Just before renovation was to begin prior to the sale, an unexpected flood in the unit required coordinating multiple resources that would not otherwise have been needed, to clean and repair damages. Because I am out of state, Vanessa became my general contractor coordinating all the various vendors for remediation of mold, lead, and asbestos, and getting clearances for those. She proactively began cleanup after consulting me, and was thinking ahead to what was needed next. She then found and directed the renovation contractor through the entire process, and arranged landscaping prior to the sale. Throughout the process, which spanned several months, she maintained frequent communication with me, ensuring that I had clarity about project status, and could make informed decisions as things came up. I could not have done all that she did even if I had been present. She took on a role significantly outside what a broker usually does, and handled it expertly, and the result was a gorgeous condo that sold quickly at market price. I highly recommend Vanessa for a seller or buyer, and know that she will provide the same exceptional customer service and professionalism that she did for me.
