From the very beginning, the communication with Steve was excellent. He explained processes, called or texted back immediately and was honest about the proceedings. His experience made us feel better about the transactions and he knows so many people locally that we felt we were in good hands. Steve is very personable and likeable. When he had to have harder conversations, his candor and honesty put us at ease, and we knew he would do what needed to be done to make the sale of our home successful. Other professionals in the area have spoken very highly of Steve and we feel very fortunate to have had a good working relationship and a lasting friendship with him in our small community!
