I am so fortunate to have worked with Mellanie Thorum… for so many reasons. I was selling a condo in Utah, but lived in MInnesota. I was back and forth, yet at the same time I needed to work with someone I trusted, and who was a good communicator. This was, and is…. Mellanie. On top of knowing and understanding the market, she stepped in and walked me through every step of the process.. from choosing paint colors for updates… overseeing updates when I wasn’t there, giving me excellent suggestions and guidance up to day we sat together for the closing. Mellanie clearly is a hard worker.. dedicated to what she does.. and is so very good at what she does. I would choose her again.. and again.

Kimmi Shaw helped us find our perfect home a few years ago. Now we are selling our beautiful home and looking to downsize. With her knowledge there isn’t anyone else I would trust.
