We met Charlene at an open house in Sandy. We started talking about how we were ready to move from our home in Layton farther south to be closer to work. However, we had several houses in our neighborhood that were for sale and had been on the market for a long time. We didn't want to put ours up until those sold. That night she got back to us about why she believed they hadn't sold, and how she didn't think ours would have the same issues selling. We ended up listing ours with Charlene a couple of months later. She had a great marketing plan, and our house was under contract within a few days.
