As both buyers and sellers of homes and vacant land, we’ve worked with a number of experienced agents over the years. Agents specializing in either property category are common, but expertise in both is rare. We met Adam at the start of our open-ended search for a home in the greater Salt Lake City area. At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom. In the end, Adam found us an unlisted existing that exceeded our expectations, and then worked just as hard for us pre- and post- purchase as he did in the early stages of our quest.
