Kevin has helped me buy and sell two homes. He does homework to ensure the price is right for the market. My last home sale was in a niche market- not for everyone. It was priced right and well advertised. It was under contract in 10 days. He helped with staging for the best first impression. Purchase was smooth and both sell and purchase closings coordinated perfectly.

My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty.
