Due to a job transfer we were faced with moving and selling our home with little notice, at the end of the summer (after peak selling season). We needed to sell fast but didn’t want to lose equity by lowering the price. We tried to sell it FSBO for about 10 days to see if we could save some money, but it was a LOT of work and headache. She understood the market and coached us on pricing. She oversaw the photo shoot to make sure everything looked perfect, held an open house to drive traffic and used her extensive network of agents to get our listing in front of as many clients as possible. Our home went under contract in about two weeks! Lisa didn’t stop there, she continued to coach us through the negotiation phase until closing. She was always available to answer any question we had and walk us through all the options and scenarios. Lisa was worth every cent of commission we paid! I would recommend using her for sure!
