My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Chad is an absolute legend! My girlfriend and I moved to SLC from North Carolina and we were in a tight situation to find a spot in a city we knew nothing about with only a little over a month to spare. Chad spent a couple weeks running around to properties we would find online, and after realizing that I would not be able to come see the place outside of FaceTime before purchasing, Chad fully embraced how much faith we were putting on his opinion...
