Chad was a thoroughly professional, on-task, delightful person to work with. We couldn't have asked for better or more friendly service in buying a home! We live in San Antonio, so it was a long-distance transaction, and he stayed in close communication every step of the way, making the purchase run smoothly without a hitch. Chad is excellent!

She studied the “comps” and we increased the asking price because she knew the market would sustain a higher price. We ended up selling for asking price. Ronda works with a very experienced team and she leveraged the knowledge of her team during critical decision points. She is a fabulous communicator, both oral and written. She knows the right things to say at the right time to close a deal.
