As both buyers and sellers of homes and vacant land, we’ve worked with a number of experienced agents over the years. Agents specializing in either property category are common, but expertise in both is rare. We met Adam at the start of our open-ended search for a home in the greater Salt Lake City area. At the time, we weren’t decided on whether we’d purchase an existing home or build a custom. While researching Adam’s leads from our location in Seattle, he was busy leveraging his contacts and scouting local properties in person, even transmitting aerial footage to us from his drone.
