We interviewed several real estate agents due to some bad experiences we have had in the past. Ruth Ann was the person we went with ... and we definitely made the right decision. She stayed in contact with us and helped us negotiate the price we were asking. She knew real estate law very well and helped us when counteroffering and building addendums. I highly recommend Ruth Ann to anyone looking for a personable, yet professional, real estate agent.

This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do. We called Susan and she got the ball rolling for us very quickly. She is very personable. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the process of buying the house, the area, and the homes. She was on point!! She was always ready to help with what ever we needed. We traveled a bit to see the houses we were interested in and she was completely ready to go! Very very smooth process!! ?? I also felt she was trustworthy.

Jeff is a true professional. He patiently worked with us over a four year period of time to find the right property. He was always patient, informative and willing to do any research needed. He has a long list of contacts in Ogden valley for anything needed including information on water rights, wells, building code, neighbors, etc. Jeff was always responsive to our needs and consistently available to take our calls day or night. He was aggressive in connecting us with sellers and was able to find information that was critical in the timing of our purchase. Highly recommend Jeff as a knowledgeable advocate and ongoing friend.

Jeremy is an advocate and a pro. He’s been in the industry a long time and has great connections. He dropped everything he was doing to help us out and on multiple occasions we scheduled showings with him the night before. We wouldn’t be in the house we bought if he wasn’t so accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking and accommodating real estate agent. Overall stand up guy.
