Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless.
