We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. I would highly recommend Debbie for any real-estate needs.

Her advice has saved me thousands on my own purchases and has helped me to get the properties that best matched my goals. She is a powerful negotiator and has been a key resource to have in the industry. UPDATE (March 2022): Just bought our first investment property. Becca's knowledge not only of the market but also of the other long agents in Utah helped us provide the chosen bid among the stiff competition in the current market! We could easily go to some of these "cut the agent out and save" services to buy/sell real estate but Becca's knowledge/experience is worth EVERY dollar she gets paid. We were lucky to have Tricia as our realtor after she helped other family members find their home. She was very patient showing us multiple homes while we narrowed down our search. Our toddler loved going to look at homes with her, and she was patient and very helpful with them during showings. Hand written cards were an additional touch showing her thoughtfulness. We don't foresee needing to go house shopping anytime soon, but we know we have an excellent realtor if we do.

Goron is a professional, he’s very dependable, and always answer calls either by text or simply will call you right back. He doesn’t make you wait. I was very fortunate to have be a part of the Townhome I bought. He was never late for any of our appointments we had with staff of Dawson Place. He’s honest and pays attention to details.
