Jennifer Belliston is a privileged member of the Utah Central Association of REALTORS, Utah Division of Real Estate, The National Association of REALTORS and Women’s Council of Realtors. Jennifer is a committed and passionate real estate professional who prides herself on putting her clients' satisfaction above all else. She is an expert negotiator, marketing and sales analyst, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable. Her determination and attention to detail allows her clients to receive first class service with utmost integrity. Jennifer has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006. She specializes in residential, land, relocation and investment properties. She began her career with RE/MAX in 2007. Since being with RE/MAX she served as their Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator and is currently running her own Real Estate business. She enjoys interacting with people and the joy that a new home brings them.

Ben Atkinson brings a unique combination of construction knowledge, business experience, and a people-first approach to real estate. With a background in homebuilding through Prestige Builders, the contracting business he runs alongside his dad, Ben has firsthand knowledge of homes that allows him to help clients recognize potential that others may overlook. Born and raised in Utah and currently residing in Murray, Ben is familiar with communities throughout the region, from Ogden to Nephi. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Westminster University in 2020 and has professional experience in customer service, account management, construction, and sales. Ben believes strongly in putting people first. He takes pride in advocating for his clients, doing what is right, and developing genuine relationships throughout the buying and selling process. His goal is to make real estate as smooth and enjoyable as possible while helping clients feel confident in one of life’s biggest decisions. Outside of real estate, Ben is an avid golfer who also enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time near the ocean. He’s a baseball and hockey fan, supporting the Angels and Utah Mammoth. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Vanessa, and their young daughter, Delila. With his construction background, knowledge of Utah, and genuine interest in the people he serves, Ben is excited to help clients find not only the right property, but the possibilities that can turn it into home.

I enjoy my family first, my wife and four boys. I also enjoy the great outdoors. I serve actively as a coach and in my Church. Since being licensed in 2004, I have closed just over 700 sides personally. My clients value my honest, low pressure approach. Thanks!
