Ben Atkinson brings a unique combination of construction knowledge, business experience, and a people-first approach to real estate. With a background in homebuilding through Prestige Builders, the contracting business he runs alongside his dad, Ben has firsthand knowledge of homes that allows him to help clients recognize potential that others may overlook.
Born and raised in Utah and currently residing in Murray, Ben is familiar with communities throughout the region, from Ogden to Nephi. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Westminster University in 2020 and has professional experience in customer service, account management, construction, and sales.
Ben believes strongly in putting people first. He takes pride in advocating for his clients, doing what is right, and developing genuine relationships throughout the buying and selling process. His goal is to make real estate as smooth and enjoyable as possible while helping clients feel confident in one of life’s biggest decisions.
Outside of real estate, Ben is an avid golfer who also enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time near the ocean. He’s a baseball and hockey fan, supporting the Angels and Utah Mammoth. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Vanessa, and their young daughter, Delila.
With his construction background, knowledge of Utah, and genuine interest in the people he serves, Ben is excited to help clients find not only the right property, but the possibilities that can turn it into home.
