Kirsten has helped us with both the buying and selling processes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very communicative, and takes her job seriously. She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work, doing whatever she can to help. She is empathetic and understanding about how difficult the buying or selling process can be and has a long list of resources to help her clients solve whatever problems arise. There are not words to express what a wonderful person we find her to be and we absolutely recommend her to everyone we can. Our friends who referred us have used her services multiple times as well. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all.
