Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market. Tiff was the best agent I have ever worked with selling a home. She staged the house perfectly, pictures were amazing, really listened to what I needed for my situation and negotiated for my best interests. I was out of state during this process and had a family member leaving in the house I was selling. She worked perfectly with me explaining every step of the way, keeping my expectations in check and was able to work with my family members schedule for pictures, open house, showings, everything.
