Tricia was always there to answer every single one, and she had a way of explaining things in a way that actually made sense to us and never made us feel silly for asking. She fought for us, advocated for us, and guided us every step of the way. I honestly didn’t want to make a decision without getting her input because I trusted her advice and knew she always had our best interests in mind. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all.
