How would we have gotten through the last several months without Kirsten as our realtor? There was so much going on in our lives and we needed to purchase a new home and sell our former home and she came through splendidly as our realtor in both transactions. Our home of 50 years needed some significant renovations in order to sell at a good price and she had experienced and competitively priced contractors available to get the work done quickly so that the home could be put on the market at the beginning of the new real estate season in early spring. That expertise and timeliness meant that our home sold quicker than we expected and for a price we were pleased with.
