Rena is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the many facets associated with real estate. It was evident when we worked with her that she had a deep understanding of all of the technical details (regulations, financial, contracts, etc). On the other end of the spectrum Rena has an eye for aethestics and beauty which was extremely important when it came time to show the home. She understands PEOPLE, which gives her the ability to deal with the emotions and the psychology that associated with buying and selling of a home. The thing that impressed me most about Rena was how hard she worked. We are happy to recommend her!

Cory made the house buying process a fun one. Going to look at potential houses with him was a blast and he was always quick to respond to show times. We were move up buyers looking for the right investment property so this stood out to us as a sign of a great realtor and proceeded to be indicative of Nicki’s proactiveness throughout the transaction. When the transaction got complicated, Nicki worked tirelessly to ensure we came out on top and that a fair solution was attainable. Her commitment to getting us the best deal resulted in the seller paying all of our closing costs (yes all!!), plus a price reduction after the inspection! Nicki also had the best contacts for the follow up inspections that needed to occur. Throughout it all, Nicki’s patience never wavered. She genuinely enjoyed diving into the complexities of rate buy-downs and creative ways to maximise seller concessions and protect our wallet. We joked that after this transaction she is well on her way to becoming a mortgage broker too! Nicki feels like family to us now.
