We first met KJ over twenty years ago when we initially relocated to Charlotte from Connecticut and purchased our first home in the south. We enjoyed our realtor experience then and even more so with our latest transaction. Kevin is a knows the area market very well, is easy to interface with and makes the selling or buying process a breeze. I recommend Homes of South be a part of anyone’s relocation. We consider KJ more than just a realtor, he’s a friend who can advise on all aspects surrounding the sale of a home to ensure all objectives are hit . We can’t thank Kevin enough for a great experience on the sale of our custom built home in Marvin , NC . We sold in 8 days and closing was quick ! Bravo 👏🏻 Kevin! We will be using his services again in the future .
