About Davon: Davon is a true people person who loves helping others. While he’s not actively helping people buy or sell real estate, he enjoys everything outdoors. He loves fishing, being in the mountains, and traveling with his wife, Camille & his two kids. His Journey: Davon has had an eclectic working journey starting in clinical research at Duke University, spending time as the General Manager of an Autism Therapy Center, and now helping people achieve their real estate dreams. No matter what the job, it has always been people focused. His goal is to help people find happiness whether that’s in real estate or in personal development. He got his license in 2023 and chose HPREA because of our systems, processes, team comradery and environment. He liked that our team was set up for success and he was ready to jump right in! Extremely Pleased

I would like to enthusiastically recommend High Performance Real Estate, and specifically our broker Davon Washington, to anyone about to enter the market looking to buy and/or sell a house. After a disappointing experience with another brokerage house trying to sell our home (and in the process losing 75k of due diligence and earnest money on the next home) we interviewed HPRE to both sell our house and represent us on the subsequent purchase of the next home. Their strategy was different than their competitors. In the spirit of brevity, I will simply convey after interviewing other firms and subsequently hiring HPRE, our selling price was $90k over our expectations. On the purchase side, Thomas and Davon found a house that was not only currently not being marketed, but exactly where we wanted to move in the Eastover area, our preferred location. They proceeded to do all the proverbial legwork in contacting and negotiating with the owner, and ultimately came to financial terms that was well within our desired parameters. Finally, we then had the good problem (after our last experience) of having to move twice; this was a concern because we were unenthusiastic at the prospect of signing a long term lease commitment (which all landlords seemed to require) resulting in paying an additional seven or eight months of unneeded and costly rent. Thankfully, Davon found a solution which allowed us to not only temporarily be in our future neighborhood, but on essentially a month to month lease at a reasonable rate. This saved us somewhere between $15,000 to $20,000 over our other lease options. Therefore I would highly recommend them to absolutely anyone who is about to enter the market from either side. HPRE not only saved us significant money, found us the perfect (and currently unlisted) home, but also alleviated so much of the stress associated with that entire, emotional process. Truly a surprisingly, wonderful experience.
