She is also very down to earth. When working with her she is very responsive to texts, calls, and emails. She was always available to answer questions. As a first time home buyer with lots of questions, that was invaluable to me. I really felt that she wanted to help me find my dream home. Crystal also advocated for me. She's not afraid to speak up on her client's behalf if needed. I appreciate all the work that she did to help me close on my first home!
